Modelled on the patisseries of Strasbourg, Mardi Confectionery was established in 1978.
Since those early days when our products were almost exclusively based on French recipes we have travelled the world seeking new ideas and today we offer a truly international range of the highest quality, handcrafted, visually artistic cakes, tarts, pies, cheesecakes, flans and biscuits.
It has always been our policy to use only authentic ingredients combining them ourselves, resisting the pre-mixed products that are prevalent today. Our recipes are adhered to meticulously. Fresh cream products are made with fresh cream and genuine Whiskey, Rum, Cointreau, Kirsch, Sherry and Bailey�s Irish Cream not flavour substitutes ensure our products authenticity.
In 1998 we implemented HACCP in compliance with food safety regulations and to reassure our customers of our commitment to excellence throughout our manufacturing process.
