Three layers of dark chocolate sponge filled with a chocolate mousse and finished with a topping of chocolate shavings.

Layers of chocolate sponge soaked in rum with a layer of meringue. Filled with chocolate. Available in 7" and 9".

A roll of chocolate sponge with a fresh cream filling masked in chocolate and cream. Available in 7" and 9".

A layer of toffee sponge, a layer of cream and chocolate mix and a layer of toffee topped with cream and chocolate mix.
